Shared Branching
Shared branches give you a national network of branches where you can complete basic transactions as if you were at your Bienestar FCU branch. Make deposits, check balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, get cash and more. All you need is the name of your credit union, your account number, a government issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, DMV ID card or a Passport and to scan the IDCheck QR Code.
To better protect you from identity theft, fraud and financial loss, IDCheck verifies your identity in just a few simple steps at shared branching locations. When making withdrawals you’ll need to have a valid ID, scan the IDCheck QR Code in the shared branch and follow instructions.
