Members of Healthcare Employees Mid-Atlantic (HEMA) Federal Credit Union voted on July 10, 2026, to approve a merger with PAHO/WHO Federal Credit Union, effective September 1, 2026. Today, the combined credit union begins a new chapter as Bienestar Federal Credit Union.
